If Dan asks
- "What's it going to cost me?"
- "The ad money is yours. It's the $10 to $15 a day we talked about, on your card straight to Meta, and nothing runs until you've seen each ad."
- "What should I spend?"
- "Around $10 to $15 a day for two weeks is a good start. Your call, and you can stop it anytime."
- "What do I owe you?"
- "Let's get it running first." (Your call. This page names no fee.)
- "Why not just boost a post?"
- "A boost chases likes. This goes after quote requests from people near the stadium, and we can count the requests the ads bring in."
- "Will it reach Giants and Jets fans?"
- "It shows to people around MetLife and your area. Meta then leans toward whoever watches football tailgate videos."
- "Can you see my card?"
- "No. I can't see your card or touch billing. The only thing that spends is an ad you've OKed."
- "Can I stop it?"
- "Anytime. Text me, or pause it yourself in Ads Manager. You can also remove my access under Settings, Partners."
- "Will it get me bookings?"
- "I don't know yet. That's what this test is for. You'll see the real numbers before you put in more."
- Anything you don't know
- "Good question. Let me check and text you."
If it gets stuck
- No "Partners" in Settings
- He isn't full control of that portfolio, or 2-step login is off.
- No "Create a new ad account"
- A new portfolio gets one. If one already exists and it's his and empty, use it and check its time zone.
- Card won't go in
- Skip it, do steps 3 to 5. He adds it later. Nothing can run without it anyway.
- Running long
- What matters most, in order: ad account with Eastern time, the share, the card, the pixel.
- He's on his phone
- Ask him to switch to a computer. These settings screens are built for one.

Who we are
Gametime Catering is Gametime Catering Express LLC, a catering company in Long Valley, NJ.
What we collect
When you send the quote form: your name, email, phone and event type, plus anything else you add (event date, town or venue, guest count, the game or menu items you picked, your message).
When you email or call us: whatever you choose to share.
When you visit: Google Analytics counts visits. It sees which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors are, what kind of device they use and how they found the site.
This site also runs the Meta pixel, the measurement tool from the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta which pages were viewed (the page address, which can include a game or menu items you picked) and whether the quote form was sent, so we can see whether our ads bring in real quote requests. It does not send Meta what you type into the form.
How we use it
Your quote request is used to plan your event and get back to you. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing. Visit counts show us which pages help people.
We use the Meta pixel to measure our own ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to show those ads to people who have visited this site.
Who helps us run the site
Quote requests go through Web3Forms, which delivers them to our email, run by Google Workspace. Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the "I'm human" check on the form. Visits are measured by Google Analytics. Ads are measured by the Meta pixel. Each has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies so it can tell a new visit from a return visit.
The Meta pixel sets a cookie so Meta can connect a visit to an ad you saw on Facebook or Instagram.
Your choices
Email info@gametimecatering.com to get a copy of what we have about you, or to have it deleted.
To stop Google Analytics, use Google's opt-out add-on.
To stop the Meta pixel, use a browser that sends Global Privacy Control (this site then never loads it), or change your Meta ad preferences.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email until we delete them. Ask, and we'll delete yours.
